About Me

I am a graduate of Silberman School of Social Work in New York City where I earned a Master of Social Work degree. I have worked in psychological research, crisis intervention, and school and outpatient settings before beginning my private practice. I am currently providing telehealth therapy to clients living in Missouri.

My approach to therapy focuses on helping you understand yourself more fully—why your symptoms or difficulties arise, how they connect to your life history, and how to make changes that facilitate growth. I am drawn to this work because I believe psychotherapy expands our capacity to connect with others and to make lasting changes in our thoughts and behaviors. I am inspired by the human capacity for growth.

I take an integrative approach to therapy, and I am informed by psychodynamic theory, cognitive behavioral therapy, and person-centered therapy. In my practice, I am committed to creating an atmosphere of trust, respect, and honesty.
